Camp Owaissi has been running traditional summer camp experiences since 1950. That's 65 years of fun, fellowship, and fresh air.
It's beautiful natural surroundings and strong supportive community make for an ideal summer camp experience. It has become much loved by many families both inside and outside our church. There are seven camps in our summer program, one for each week of July and August. Each camp is geared toward a particular age group.
Plans are in place to make 2016,(our 66h Anniversary year) a slap down, roll in the mud merry-go-round of fun and adventure. All the usual activities will be available at Camp Owaissi including swimming, canoeing, hiking, archery, adventure, camp craft, the obstacle course, arts and crafts, team sports, scavenger hunts, talent shows, evening campfires and various other games and activities under the watchful eye of our experienced staff.
